okply Terms & Conditions

In these Terms, the following expressions shall have the meanings set out below, unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the okply website at okply.org, including all subpages, features, games, and services offered thereon.
• "Account" means the individual member account created by a Player upon successful registration and KYC verification on the okply Platform.
• "Real-Money Balance" means Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) funds deposited by the Player and held in their okply wallet, net of any wagers placed.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits, free spins equivalents, or other incentives credited to an Account by okply subject to promotional terms and wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a Player must wager before Bonus Balance becomes eligible for withdrawal, expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required by PAGCOR and applicable Philippine law, including submission of a valid government-issued Philippine identification document.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body that licenses and oversees okply's operations.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to or use of the Platform is restricted under applicable law or okply's internal compliance policies.
• "Force Majeure Event" means any event beyond okply's reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, telecommunications failure, or internet outages.

Access to and use of the okply Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of registration. This age threshold is mandated by PAGCOR regulations governing online gambling operations in the Philippines. okply enforces this requirement through mandatory KYC verification for all registered Accounts. Any Account found to belong to a player under the age of 21 will be immediately and permanently suspended, and all associated balances, including any winnings, will be forfeited without recourse.

To create an okply Account, you must:

• Be a natural person (corporate accounts are not permitted);
• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration;
• Provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, Philippine mobile number, date of birth, and residential address;
• Successfully complete KYC verification by submitting a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (UMID, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, Driver's License, or Philippine Passport);
• Not be a resident of or physically located in a Prohibited Jurisdiction at the time of registration or during any subsequent use of the Platform;
• Not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an okply employee in a role with access to gaming systems;
• Have read and accepted these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming Policy in their entirety.

Each Player is permitted to maintain exactly one (1) active okply Account at any time. The creation of duplicate or multiple Accounts by a single individual, whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or devices, is strictly prohibited. okply employs automated detection systems to identify duplicate registrations. Accounts identified as duplicates will be suspended, and any balances — including winnings — may be forfeited. Where fraud is detected, okply reserves the right to report the matter to PAGCOR and relevant Philippine authorities.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to notify okply immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to your Account. okply cannot be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access to your Account that occurred through no fault of our security systems, including losses resulting from your failure to protect your credentials or your sharing of access with another person.

You warrant that all information provided to okply during registration and at any point during the operation of your Account is true, accurate, and complete. You undertake to promptly update your Account information if any details change. okply reserves the right to request updated documentation at any time as part of ongoing KYC compliance. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable period may result in Account suspension.

okply is required under PAGCOR regulations and the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended) to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals. KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal request will be processed. okply may also require enhanced due diligence documentation for transactions above applicable AMLA thresholds.

An Account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or real-money wager has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. okply may charge an administrative inactivity fee on dormant accounts consistent with applicable regulations. You will be notified by registered email before any inactivity fee is applied. okply will not reduce an Account balance below zero through inactivity fees.

okply currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine-regulated payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands), BDO (Banco de Oro), Metrobank, major credit cards (Visa and Mastercard), and USDT cryptocurrency. okply reserves the right to add, modify, or remove payment methods at any time with reasonable notice to Players.

• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 (Philippine Pesos) unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method.
• okply does not charge fees on standard e-wallet deposits via GCash or PayMaya. Bank transfer and card processing fees, if any, will be disclosed at the point of transaction.
• Deposits are credited to your okply wallet upon confirmation of receipt from the payment provider, which is typically instantaneous for GCash and PayMaya.
• okply is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers, banking system maintenance, or Force Majeure Events.

• Withdrawals are only available to fully KYC-verified Accounts where the withdrawal destination matches the payment method used for deposit.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 unless otherwise stated. Processing times vary by method: GCash and PayMaya withdrawals typically process within 5 minutes for amounts under ₱50,000; bank transfers within 1–3 business days.
• okply reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests that exceed standard thresholds, trigger AML risk flags, or are made by recently registered Accounts.
• Withdrawal requests submitted while an Account is under investigation for suspected fraud or policy violations may be held pending the outcome of that investigation.
• Real-Money Balance may only be withdrawn once any applicable Bonus Balance wagering requirements attached to that balance have been satisfied.

All games offered on the okply Platform — including live casino games, slot machines, bingo, sports betting, and specialty markets — are governed by individual game rules accessible within each game or game category. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a specific game rule, the specific game rule shall prevail in relation to that game only.

• Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems for digital games, and by physical dealing/spinning procedures for live casino games, both subject to independent testing and PAGCOR oversight.
• Technical malfunctions void all pays and plays. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a technical error, the wager for that round will be refunded to your Account.
• In the event of a manifest error in game display, payout calculation, or odds quotation, okply reserves the right to void any affected bets and refund the staked amount, regardless of whether the outcome appeared favorable to the Player.
• Sports betting markets are subject to settlement rules specific to each sport and market type. Results are settled based on official competition results from recognized governing bodies.
• okply reserves the right to suspend, close, or cancel any market or game at any time where integrity concerns arise or where regulatory requirements demand it.

okply offers various promotions, bonuses, free spins, and loyalty rewards to eligible members. Each promotion is governed by specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless an individual promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited in the form of a non-withdrawable Bonus Balance. They become withdrawable only after the applicable Wagering Requirement has been met.
• Wagering Requirements for standard welcome bonuses are 15× the bonus amount unless otherwise specified. All wagering requirement multipliers are clearly stated in the applicable promotion terms.
• Different game types contribute differently toward meeting Wagering Requirements. Live casino games typically contribute 10%, slots contribute 100%, and table games 20%. Specific contribution rates are stated in each promotion's terms.
• Bonuses are personal and may only be claimed by the registered Account holder. Bonuses cannot be transferred between Accounts or redeemed for cash without meeting wagering requirements.
• okply reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or modify any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled after a bonus has been credited, the Bonus Balance will be removed and any associated wagering progress forfeited.
• Players who, in okply's reasonable judgment, are engaging in bonus abuse — including but not limited to low-risk wagering patterns designed to extract bonus value with minimal risk — may have their bonus cancelled and their Account reviewed for compliance.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the okply Platform. Engagement in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate Account suspension or permanent termination, forfeiture of all balances, and may result in referral to PAGCOR and Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any Account communication;
• Creating or operating multiple Accounts or permitting another person to use your Account;
• Engaging in collusion with other Players, dealers, or any third party to gain an unfair advantage;
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence systems, or other software to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, exploit, or interfere with Platform software, security systems, or game logic;
• Laundering money or using the Platform in connection with any activity prohibited by the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended);
• Initiating unauthorized chargebacks through your bank or payment provider after depositing funds into your okply Account;
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or other circumvention technology;
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abuse, or threatening behavior toward okply staff, live dealers, or other Players.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Limits take effect immediately upon activation and cannot be increased during the elected period.

All content on the okply Platform — including but not limited to the okply brand name, logo, visual design, game interfaces, software, text, graphics, video content, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of okply or its licensed content providers, and is protected under applicable Philippine intellectual property law and international conventions.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal entertainment purposes as a registered Player. This license does not permit you to: reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content; use the okply brand, logo, or trademarks in any manner without express written consent; scrape, frame, or systematically download Platform content by automated means.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, okply's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount of your Real-Money Balance at the time the claim arises, or ₱10,000, whichever is greater.

okply shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, whether based in contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if okply has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude okply's liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by okply's gross negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by okply; or (c) any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

okply processes your personal data in accordance with Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) and its implementing rules and regulations. The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal data are governed by the okply Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and forms part of this binding agreement.

By registering an Account on okply, you consent to the processing of your personal data for the purposes of: account management and KYC verification; processing financial transactions; compliance with PAGCOR reporting requirements and AMLA obligations; fraud detection and prevention; and the delivery of personalized promotions where you have provided separate marketing consent.

You may close your okply Account at any time by submitting a closure request to the okply support team via live chat or email. Before closing your Account, you must withdraw any remaining Real-Money Balance. Account closure does not release you from any outstanding obligations to okply, including any negative balance, pending dispute, or liability that arose prior to closure.

okply reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Engagement in any Prohibited Conduct as defined in Section 7;
• Failure to complete or maintain KYC verification to okply's satisfaction;
• A reasonable determination by okply that continued operation of the Account poses a risk to Platform integrity, other Players, or okply's regulatory compliance;
• A directive from PAGCOR or a relevant Philippine authority requiring Account closure.

Upon termination for breach, okply may forfeit your Bonus Balance and withhold your Real-Money Balance pending investigation. Where no breach is found following investigation, any remaining Real-Money Balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.

In the event of a dispute between you and okply, we encourage you to first contact our support team via live chat or the registered email address, as many issues can be resolved promptly and informally. If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication within 30 days of first notification, either party may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution procedures. For matters falling outside PAGCOR's jurisdiction, the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

okply reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations under this agreement — okply will provide no less than 7 days' advance notice by email to your registered address and/or by a prominent notice displayed on the Platform upon login.

Your continued use of the okply Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure as described in Section 12.1. The current version of these Terms is always accessible at okply.org/terms-conditions with the effective date displayed in the page header.
